Questions to consider:

Where do we want to be in 3 years?

What do we want are students and staff to be able to do with technology?

What CIP goals need to be integrated into our action plans?

What districts are using emerging technologies to enhance student performance?

What professional development plans districts are using to increase technology integration?

What do we want WCS students, staff, and administration to be able to do with technology?   And let those outcomes determine the types and amount of technology we will need.
