2. If your problem absolutely can't wait for normal tech support....., FIRST - ENTER A WORK ORDER and follow it up with an e-mail to Renee Bailey
  and explain the nature of the urgency

*The vast majority of repair calls will be handled within 48 hours unless parts are on order. 

 

*Techs will not work on your issue if a work order has not been entered.
