Statement of Affirmation:  Before proceeding further you should first know that the collective "we" realize how trying this task must be for you.  You have chosen to work with the most challenging students and yet you are being asked to become "highly qualified."  As you look at the road ahead tell yourself that this is another one of life's professional hurdles that will only help you become more informed and more effective for your students.

To date, we have been unable to find any attempt by the ODE to consolidate information into one place for educators to view it.  This section of the website is meant to help you and other practitioners in the field.  If you find any additional resources that you would like to share with your special education colleagues, please send me an email (humpreys@wlake.org
