Welcome to EZPay, the Westlake Schools' online payment system. See the links below for frequently asked questions about the system.
Beginning this school year, parents can view school and course fees, as well as pay-to-participate fees, in both EZPay and through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. School and course fees will be assessed after Labor Day. Pay-to-participate fees will be assessed as team rosters are finalized. Once fees are assessed, parents can pay through EZPay under the Student Fees heading. Parents also may continue to pay by check (made out to Westlake Board of Education) and sent to school with your child. Please contact your child’s school office if you have questions.

You will need to register with the SPS EZPay site so that your child's account information can be displayed. Registration does not require you to make a payment. You may simply log in to check your child's balances and send your payments to the school directly as you always have. In order to display your child's balance information, you must know your child's student ID. EZpay is not able to provide student IDs to parents, but you can obtain these from your child's school district.
It's easy to make payments at the SPS EZPay website. If this is your first time you are making a payment, just follow these steps:
1. Review your Fees Owed and/or Meal Balances.
2. Add the item you want to your payment basket.
3. Return to the payment center to add more children's payments to your basket.
4. Click on the shopping basket to complete the checkout process.
You will be asked for your email address and a password to register yourself as a customer. Then, the next time you pay with SPS EZPay, your information will already be stored, and you won't need to input it again. Credit card information is not kept, so you will be asked to re-enter this each time. The SPS EZpay website requires that cookies be enabled for credit card processing.
If you feel you made a payment in error, contact the Treasurer's Office and ask to speak to the person in charge of the SPS EZPay student accounts. If we confirm that you have overpaid on your account, we will issue you a refund of the difference via check. Any payments made on your student's meal account are non-refundable.
The SPS EZPay site works with Internet Explorer or Firefox/Mozilla. If you are using a Mac, please use one of the approved browsers, as there are known issues with the Safari browser. If you receive an error that we cannot locate your student during registration, please contact your child's school to confirm your student's ID number and spelling of your last name. Your school may have entered your name differently, or has used punctuation that your are unaware of. Example: O'Grady and O Grady and OGrady are three different ways to enter a last name, and are not considered the same in our system.
