SchoolMessenger Parent Notification System

The SchoolMessenger parent notification services is used for parent outreach, emergency broadcasts, school closings, student attendance alerts and other communication needs for our schools.

To receive SchoolMessenger notification via email and phone, you must be registered through the online Registration Gateway Back-to School site. SchoolMessenger is using the contact information from the Alerts page on the Registration Gateway site. It is imperative that parents visit the Registration Gateway site to fill out complete information for each child if you want to be included in future district notifications - including school closings due to weather.

Limited Public Forums
Westlake City School District uses social media to provide information about district programs, services, projects, issues, events and activities, and to interact with students, parents/guardians, and residents about public issues. We reserve the right to delete personal attacks or threats, posts that do not relate to the business of the school district, profane or obscene language or content, promotion of discrimination, infringement of copyrights or trademarks, commercial endorsements, and confidential information. Submissions must also meet the platform’s terms of service.
