PaySchools Central
SPS EZpay is shut down permanently. All information has been transferred to PaySchools Central.
For the convenience of Westlake City School families, the district offers an online credit card system to accommodate school lunches, school fees, Paid-to-Participate, all day kindergarten and Project Link/Camp Link. Providing parents with an online system to pay for each of their child’s account is easy. Parents may use their Visa, Master Card, Discover credit card and/or debit card for any of these transactions. The district is unable to process credit card transactions at the buildings; this option is only available online. The district continues to accept cash and checks payable to Westlake City School District, BOE.
Parents who use the online system must first create an account. Parents will need their child’s student ID number as part of the online registration. If parents don’t have their child’s student ID number, please contact your child’s school secretary. No personal information about your student is available online. The district does not keep your credit card information on file and you will need to re-enter your credit card number each time you use the online system.
The online PaySchools Central replaces SPS EZpay system. The new platform also offers parents the opportunity to view each child’s lunch account only, you don't need to add funds with a credit card for viewing only. Once each child is registered the family will receive email notifications regarding the lunch account balances.
Families can access the online payment system by clicking HERE or the green box below. Complete the registration page, add each child’s name and student ID number. Once registered and an account is created, you’re all set until someone deactivate the child’s account.
For any questions regarding your child(ren) accounts please contact your child school, 1-877-393-6628, or email psc_help@payschools.com. Please allow 24 hours for payments to be posted to applicable accounts. There is a $1.50 per transaction convenience charge to use this system.
