Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! My name is Diane Jordanger, your LBMS PTA President for 2019-20.
The LBMS PTA team has been amazing in the past and this year will not disappoint. We have many returning members and would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new members. I’m always excited to start a new year and I believe this school year will one of the best! You can find your LBMS PTA Executive Board and Standing Committee members in the link below. There are always opportunities to join the team. Please take a moment to checkout our openings and let us know if you are interested.
LBMS PTA meetings will be held the 2nd Tuesday of every month, at 6:30pm in the LBMS Media Center. The schedule is posted on the LBMS webpage. We understand that everyone has a busy schedule and things often overlap. It is our intention to keep meetings to one hour (give or take). You can be a member and not attend meetings, although we would love to have you join us. There are small ways to help and big ways too. The great part is - YOU CHOOSE! We would love to have you and encourage you to participate in whatever capacity you can. If you’d like to get a jump on things, click on the link here to sign up.
Please be sure that you are signed up to receive our weekly E-Blast and READ IT THROUGH. It is THE most helpful tool you’ll have! It contains principal announcements, testing information, activity information, important dates and other information that will help you and your student(s) have a successful school year.
NOTE: Most announcements & club registrations are now online and our students tend to bring home LESS paperwork. The E-Blast is the place to go to be in the know!
I hope you embrace and enjoy the remaining beautiful days of summer. It will be chilly before we know it! Should you have any questions or need to reach out for any reason please contact us at email@example.com.
We look forward to the journey ahead and hope you join us for the ride.
All the Best,
LBMS PTA President
