Print out the applications (be sure to attach a General Information Application with each local scholarship you are applying for) and turn them into Ms. Rice in the counseling office.
Identify the scholarships you want to apply for and carefully follow the instructions on their cover pages - each will have unique requirements, so read carefully and make sure the criteria are met.
Be prepared to provide any combination of the following items:
- General Application Information Form (fillable doc linked below)
- Transcript – ask Ms. Rice or your counselor to email you a copy
- Letter of Recommendation – teacher, coach, mentor, employer
- Letter of Acceptance from your college/university/trade school

PRINT the scholarship cover page along with all required documents as a complete packet for each scholarship. Since you'll need to use the General Application multiple times, save it as a PDF after completing it. The entire packet will be submitted to the counseling office.
