Registration

Registration appointments are held at the Westlake Board of Education Office, 24365 Hilliard Boulevard.

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year for all NEW STUDENTS (grades K-12) is OPEN.

The First Day of School for the 2024-2025 school year is Wednesday, August 28th, 2024.  

Important Registration Information:

  • All students new to the Westlake City School District must complete online registration prior to making your appointment with the registrar.

  • Kindergarten: Your student must be 5 years of age on or before August 1 to register for the 2024-2025 school year.

  • During this time, feel free to contact the registrar with any questions regarding the registration process.

    • Preschool registration questions, please contact Meri Shortreed via email: shortreed@wlake.org
    • Kindergarten - 12th grade registration questions, please contact Katie Eason at easonc@wlake.org
