Registration

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year for all NEW STUDENTS (grades K-12) is OPEN.

Registration appointments are held at the Westlake Board of Education Office, 24365 Hilliard Boulevard.

Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-2026  School Year will open in March of 2025. Please check back for updates.

Important Registration Information:

  • All students new to the Westlake City School District must complete online registration prior to making your appointment with the registrar.

  • Kindergarten: Your student must be 5 years of age on or before August 1 to register for the 2024-2025 school year

  • Registration for the 2025-2026 school year for grades K-12 is currently closed. Please check back in January for updates.

  • During this time, feel free to contact the registrar with any questions regarding the registration process.

    • Preschool registration questions, please contact Meri Shortreed at shortreed@wlake.org
